“It’s going to get a lot hotter in the United States over the next 100 years, and worse going forward," notes a report cited by Bloomberg.The report, below, fearmongers the mutually assured destruction that will happen if something is not done right now about global warming (despite the implications being out to the year 2200) concluding... "The risks are much more perverse and cruel than we saw with the financial crisis, because they accumulate over time...a business-as-usual approach is actually radical risk-taking." Can you guess who sponsored the report and used those M.A.D. words?

VP Gore did not say this would become critical in the near term. This is an intermediate to long term problem that requires action now to turn it around or at least reduce its impact. I have a MS degree in Engineering and have worked as an engineer for almost 40 years. I tend to listen to the scientific community not the politicians on issues like global warming.

This is not a political question but rather a scientific question. All the world's leading environmental scientists agree that it's a real problem. What are your scientific credentials upon which you base such an ignorant view? I would expect they consist of being a card-carrying member of the Republican party and a charter member of the Fox News (news????) Fan Club.

Folks here is one of the myths of global warming. See it is easy to claim "all the leading scientists" because dissent is not allowed. Once a scientist with any amount of credentials comes a long and says differently they all of the sudden they are no longer considered " a leading scientist".

Global warming is pure politics. Period. It is a political agenda to to change the direction of not only this country but the world. And it is pure evil.
