Travel "Bucket List" for your Family

Give a little time before a new year to think through what MAJOR GOALS are on the list that "must do" for the next months/years for you and your family.

We made a list of major trips/events we wanted to do as a family before our kids left home for college. Didn't quite do all, but sure would have done less without goals and planning. These included

East coast historic trip
West coast scenic nature trip
Disney world/Florida/South tour
Holy Land with teens
Hunting/fishing/backpacking in the mountain West
Special Conferences/conventions
Ministry trips to mission work, church planting, foreign nations
Puberty trips (to talk about birds/bees et al)
Sporting/shopping trips

Found that if we didn't husband the time/planning (like saying when the youngest was 5 we’d go back to Disneyland where we’d been earlier with our boys) and save $$ (like trip to Rome/Egypt/Israel we did TWICE with our kids), we’d be too busy and too broke to do it . . and they’d be off to college to play football.
