Trip to Baton Rouge, LA.

I'm getting ready to make a church related business trip to Baton Rouge, LA and was wondering if you guys know anything about the city: hotels, motels, restaurants, historic sites, etc.

LSU is there, and so is the Capitol Building for the Bayou State. And to top it all off "I" have a big refinery there.
