Trump Hopes Russia (or China) Hacks Hillary's Emails

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump called on Russia to hack into Hillary Clinton’s email server to find “missing” messages and release them to the public.

“Russia, if you’re listening I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press,” Trump said during a news conference at his South Florida resort on Wednesday.

“They probably have them. I’d like to have them released. It gives me no pause, if they have them, they have them,” Trump added later when asked if his comments were inappropriate. “If Russia or China or any other country has those emails, I mean to be honest with you, I’d love to see them.”

It sounded to me as if Trump was just being sarcastic about the situation. He additionally said, "It's so far-fetched, I know nothing about it."

Trump is no longer a reality-show actor. If he wants to appear Presidential, he needs to act like it. Not making stupid comments is what he needs to do.

My opinion only. He should have gone after the Democrats over the lack of their acknowledgment of Terrorism and ISIS during their convention. The lack of support for the police as well. Had he done so, he could have safely scored points. Rather, the talk is about his encouragement of the Russians' cyber-espionage effort in the U.S.

He is his own worst enemy.

Of course it does. Trump acts so different from past candidates that sometimes an explanation is warranted.

And yet in the middle of all of that it is still easy to watch the video and understand the true context. What we may disagree with Trump about should not make us stupid.

Did you watch Trump's convention speech? He spoke about those things at some length.

How could he have spoken about the lack of mentioning ISIS at the Democratic National Convention when it hadn't even started yet?

Not this again.

The Democrat as a target of a leak: "OMG, who leaked that? What a rat!"
The Republican as a target of a leak: "What did it say? Can we indict?"

You can't be that dense. He spoke about the DNC's omissions at his latest (and best) press conference.
