Let's hope and pray. Looks like Kennedy might be considering retirement. This is huge, because he generally rules with the pro abortion crowd. Could we actually see a challenge to RvW in the next couple years?

yes, it's been said that Kennedy wanted to retire sometime this summer. I don't know about that, but he probably will step down before long. Some people thought he would announce it today, but so far, nothing.
It's RBG that's going to have to die before she finally leaves - it's said she made a big miscalculation by not retiring under Obama but she thought Hillary would win and wanted a liberal woman to appoint another liberal woman. Breyer is also getting up there, and, on the other side, Thomas is reportedly burning out.
