Article is spot on. They should've mentioned that what we were doing in Ukraine is the EXACT same as what the Communist Soviets did in Cuba with the Cuban Missile Crisis. We were trying to stick arms right on Russia's border by adding Ukraine to NATO.

We were justified during the Cuban Missile Crisis and IMO Putin is justified from a National Security standpoint in Ukraine. To think otherwise would be hypocritical.
