Its only a crime if it happens inside the US? What about the bribery payments of 1 billion dollars, that came from you and me, us citizens, to keep the Burisma dollars flowing.

Suppose Joe Biden gets convicted of high treason against Ukraine in absentia...Democrats will be shouting 4 more years! They dont care about democrats involved in criminal deals, only republicans who get saddled with farcical sham investigations.
