A Small Observational Case Study

Dr. Gustavo A. Aguirre-Chang was mentioned earlier as a key physician that produced the Ivermectin therapy plan. As it turns out, he is an important player in the Peruvian Ivermectin experiment. Recently active in Reddit, the doctor reports again on the influence of the Australian preclinical lab study and delves into a description of Peruvian off-label use of the anti-parasite drug to treat COVID-19. In mid May, Aguirre-Chan commented in the Reddit group that his group had treated 39 COVID-19 cases and that the Ivermectin regimen was quite successful for “those who complete the indicated treatment and undergo medical follow-up.” Dr. Aguirre-Chan reported that 1) patents with the disease were showing improvement within 2 and 3 days of starting treatment (100% of the 36); 2) fever resolution rate at 36 hours of taking ivermectin was at 94% and 3) resolution rate of dyspnea (difficulty breathing) at 72 hours was 86%.

How a Grass Roots Health Movement Led to Acceptance of Ivermectin as a COVID-19 Therapy in Peru

You can buy ivermectin at nearly any livestock feed store in Alabama. My wife has used it to treat her dogs for intestinal parasites. Dosage in pets is administered according to weight.

It is encouraging to know that we already have so many potential resources available to combat Covid. It would be good if we could stsrt using them.

Yes, there is plenty of Ivermectin available, it is very cheap drug, and well tolerated and been on the market for decades.

The doctor in the video says perhaps one reason many countries dont approve its use is there is not much money in it for pharmaceutical companies as all they care about is developing a new patented drug they can make billions of dollars on.

Been on the market for decades to treat animals for intestinal disease? Well tolerated by animals?

Probably needs more study

peace to you

It's cheap.

That's why it will never be seriously considered as a treatment. If Trump mentions it, a full scale media war will erupt to stop testing it.

Please Mr. President...Don't mention any more treatments!!!!!

I have to admit I’m amazed that some people are so knowledgeable about science and disease that they can see a possible application of a long used medicine in the treatment of animals toward this virus.

peace to you

Thousands of viral researchers, microbiologists, and other scientists working on a Covid-19 vaccine or treatment obviously do not have any children, spouses, or elderly relatives with at-risk underlying conditions, nor do they have any friends or neighbors that are at risk of Covid-19. That's why they are lollygagging around in their laboratories only making statements every week or so denouncing decades old therapies for infections and disorders unrelated to Covid and intended for animals. It's so obvious they are all in it for the money.

Well, it is puzzling in this instance. After all, there were THIRTY-NINE people in the test study. Surely, that is a large enough sample size to go into mass distribution and cure the world, but no, the money-grubbing Big Pharma people just want us to suffer.

And don't you dare try to regulate these b@stards, because if you do you will destroy the great R&D efforts they've got going, you know, like the one looking for a cure for Covid-19.

I had a leg cramp and drank pickle juice because someone told me to and I was desperate. Lo and behold....after jumping around, stretching and drinking pickle juice my leg cramp finally went away. Pickle juice cures leg cramps. I am proof. Trust the science.

My daughter had warts on her toes. We tried liquid nitrogen and other things with no success.

A lady at church suggested soaking the toes in apple cider vinegar and then putting on bandaids soaked in apple cider vinegar. The warts fell off and never returned.

Liquid nitrogen- about $15-$20. Apple cider vinegar- $2 a quart.

peace to you

I was told that a tablespoon of mustard was the leg cramp cure. I guess my sources have it all wrong.

Since NCSU announced today that a dog died yesterday at their vet school of COVID 19, Ivomec would be easy enough to test. Test it on dogs and see what happens. My coon dogs get a dose once a month in the summer time.

My grandma could talk warts off and talk fire out. She was a Cherokee medicine woman. (Aka healer)
