Well I do agree that we should tighten our immigration laws or at least enforce the ones we got.
What Goode is doing is fear mongering, hey if it works for the President it ought to work well for any red blooded American neo-con

Well, I agree with him & he's right. I also agree we need to get rid of the "diversity" visas. We have enough diversity. We used to be a melting pot but no longer.

The British, French, and German ancestors some of you have referred to pretty had a Judeo-Christian heritage and believed in the Bible. Comparing them to Quran users is like comparing meat to dairy products, not even like comparing apples to oranges (because apples and oranges are both fruits).

 

It is regrettable that we cannot look upon legal immigration as an opportunity to witness -- that we will not accept the very people to whom we send foreign missionaries.

Are we so fearful of their ability to convert, or is it fear of our lack of ability to spread God's word in a land where the majority adore and worship Him.

Are we so certain that our powers of persuasion will fail that we must not allow unbelievers to enter?

 

The muslim immigrants are coming to America as missionaries for islam with the intent to islamitize the world, including the USA. Some of their own leaders have stated they intend to fly the flag for allah over the White House. It is not "just" a religious agenda, it is a political agenda, as well, and they are actively recruiting converts for islam in our universities, prisons, and communities.

As far as acceptance, we have been more than accepting of them, yet they choose for the most part to not assimilate and become part of the melting pot of America. Their political ideology prevents that, and if anyone views islam as "just another religion, or that this issue is solely about religion" then they don't understand the history of islam or the goals of islamic domination.

How many foreign "missionaries" do we send to muslim countries? Very few, and certainly they don't declare they are Christian missionaries if they do venture to go there, because Christian missionaries are not permitted to proselytize in muslim countries. It is against their laws and their religion. The poor Christians who do live in those countries, the nationals, including ex-muslims, are tortured, beaten, and murdered. Furthermore, how many missionaries do you know who are allowed to go to muslim countries and announce openly that they intend to overthrow the islamic governments of those countries? If not by conversion to Christianity, then by the sword?

Try reading about Cappadocia some time - when muslims took over in Turkey, early Christians literally had to live their lives entombed underground. Some say, as many as 20,000 Christians lived underground - the ones who weren't killed.

Nearly any country in the world where islam has invaded, either by major immigration until they become dominant in numbers, or by conquering by the sword, Christians have been slaughtered and tortured by the thousands if not millions - and the brutality of islam continues to this very day.

Islam will eventually take over the world for about 7 years, though. I am convinced it is the religion of the anti-Christ.

Question: How come it is considered bigoted to speak the truth about islamic political ideology, but it is not considered bigoted for muslims to saw off people's heads or kill the infidels?

 

If it is, is it not within God's will that the anti-Christ rule this earth?

And if not, shouldn't we still use their being here as an opportunity to witness? Even if Muslim's don't assimilate (what a Borg term!), meet them in the workplace, in their community, in our community to show Christ.

 

Don't they number about the same as books stating the Catholic church was the anti-Christ?

Your analogy works against your argument as we need dairy as well as meat, apples as well as oranges for a healthy diet.

 

Sounds as though it changes about every generation. While I do believe Al Qaeda is a threat to the economic health of the US, and that there are Muslims supporting it, I do not see the connection to Keith Ellison -- any more than I can see the connection between Eric Rudolph and my Sunday School lessons.
