Does anyone know? I am sure God can provide a good meal without killing a beast. But we know beats will be killed during the 1000 years as a memorial but besides that I don't know.

Vegetarians or meat eaters in Heaven?

Let me say that my answer is under the umbrella of 1 Corinthians 13:9 - "...we know in part and prophecy in part...".
I don't know if we we be eating food and drink in heaven. The Tree of Life is mention as being in heaven, but will be daily eating from it? Animals are mentioned as being on earth during the 1000 year reign, but will they be in heaven?
Will our glorified body need food? If it will, how will the digestive system work? Will there be bathrooms? Will we need a bathroom? Angels "eat" - or so the Bible say, but what do they eat?
If we do eat - will we eat meat? Well, in my mind that would require an animal to be slain. I don't think death will play a part in heaven.
I'm just not so sure we will eat - or at least I don't believe it will be anything like it is here. Our bodies are not glorified yet - they are frail, fail easily, and need constant fueling to run properly and need ways to dispose of fuel waste.

OUr premanent residence will not be in heaven. It will be on the new earth.

According to a dictionary, a "memorial" is: "Something, such as a monument or holiday, intended to celebrate or honor the memory of a person or an event."
In the premil theory, Jesus Christ is there reigning in person so what is this about a "memorial"?

You may wish to consider John Gill's view of the "personal reign" of Christ in the 1000 years and the foods and I give a short quote from Dr. Gill:
"Our Lord, indeed, speaks of his disciples eating and drinking at his table, in his kingdom; and of his drinking new wine in his Father's kingdom, which is the same, #Lu 22:30 Mt 26:29 but then all this is to be understood of divine repasts, of spiritual joys and pleasures, they shall then partake of. The Jews, it seems, had very carnal notions of the kingdom of God, of a great affluence of meats and drinks in it, and of rich and delicious living; hence a certain person said, "Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God!" #Lu 14:15 meaning, that shall live deliciously there. This seems a topic of idle curiosity, but since I'm ildy curious on occasion, here's my two cents:
If we eat/drink in heaven, it will be God-provided, as He provided for the Children of Israel in the wilderness, only it will be much better than what was possible on a sin-filled earth. If we don't eat/drink material things, we will feel no lack whatsoever.
