VHS to computer

Good Morning Folks!
I was reading the thread about old computers & actually felt better about my stuff! Everthing I have is from 97 or 98 & still working great!
Anyway I'm wondering something. I also have an old camcorder, Magnavox MovieMaker, which works fantastic if you still like using VHS.
Is there an easy way...or any way, to copy a vhs to a computer? Either from the camera itself or from a player? Well I guess forget the camera part...no jacks except one marked remote & one marked phone. This thing was made in 88 so I do have something older!
Anyway any ideas appreciated!!

If you get a tv card or a video card that has an input for video on it you can do it fairly easily. Tv cards usually come with software to record with so you are in.

If software doesn't come with it often manufacturer supplies it online.

Tv cards are fairly cheap on ebay.

I have an ADS instand DVD USB device that takes VHS etc into your computer. I think mine only works with a Mac. I may put it up on eBay, let me know if you are interested.
Does a decent job, as good as can be expected from VHS anyway!
