Vincent Ferrari gets the AOL run around

    Vincent Ferrari tries to cancel his AOL service over the phone. He tapes the conversation with AOL's rep and gets the retention shuffle.

    I cancelled AOL 5 years ago and got something very similar to what Ferrari got. The rep I talked to transfered me to a retention rep and he just did not get it. I want to cancel my service.
