I am writing this letter on December 11th, 1994, and most of the people in the United States are living in the dream world of Christmas

I have in front of me an article taken from the Des Moines Register newspaper from page 3A on Saturday, September 14th, 1991. The headlines read, "International Earth Summit prelude to be held in Des Moines." The article then tells us that these meetings that were held in Iowa, were organized by the United Nations Associations of the United States, Canada and Iowa. I also have in front of me a copy of an official proclamation signed and sealed by the governor of Iowa, which endorsed these meetings. Here let it be noted that one of the meetings called the "International Forum" was closed to the public. We also see that the designated speaker for the United States was the then Senator Albert Gore, (D-Tenn.). I am making copies of these documents available to every reader for the asking, but please help us with the postage and copying expense. The shocking part of all this was the nature of the secret meetings, which is clearly spelled out in another document called the "Initiative For Eco-92 Earth Charter." The following statements are taken directly from this charter: 1-a; "The time is pressing. The Club of Rome was founded in 1968, Limits to Growth was written in 1971, Global 2000 was written in 1979, but insufficient progress has been made in population reduction." 1-b;"The immediate reduction of world population, according to the mid-1970's recommendations of the Draper Fund, must be immediately effected." 1-c; "The present vast overpopulation....cannot be answered by future reductions in the birth rate due to contraception, sterilization, abortion, but must be met in the present by the reduction in the numbers PRESENTLY EXISTING. THIS MUST BE DONE BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY." In section "d" we are told that the issue is "compulsory cooperation." Section "e" says, "Compulsory cooperation is NOT DEBATABLE with 166 nations....Debate means delay and forfeiture of OUR GOALS AND PURPOSE." Finally, section "f" reveals why the war with Iraq was fought, so that it could be demonstrated how a nation can be punished if it does not cooperate. Consider the following exact words which reveal the occult nature of all of this, as Lucifer here is referred to as an "aura". Section "f" reads as follows: "The U.N. action against Iraq proves conclusively that resolute action on our part can sway other leaders to go along with the necessary program. The Iraq action proves that the AURA OF POWER can be PROJECTED and SUSTAINED and that the wave of history is sweeping forward." Thus, if you have ever wondered the real reason for the war with Iraq, you have your answer.

From the United Nations document referred to above, we know that limiting future births was considered to be "insufficient", and that population reduction must be achieved by "whatever means". Here let it be noted that the vast majority of the American people would no doubt find it impossible to believe that such a dirty bunch of people could exist in high places, and that they are finding ways to kill off the present population of the earth in great numbers. This unbelief is the very thing that allows these heinous plotters to continue their nefarious scheme. It is vital at this point to consider the words of two well-known members of the Illuminati, H.G. Wells and Bertrand Russell, both of whom are now dead. H.G. Wells said: "The men of the New Republic will not be squeamish either in facing or inflicting death....They will have ideals that will make killing worthwhile....They will hold that a certain portion of the population exists only on sufferance out of pity and patience, and on the understanding that they do not propagate; and I do not foresee any reason to suppose that they will hesitate to kill when that sufferance is abused." (1) Bertrand Russell said, "At present the population of the world is increasing at about 58,000 per diem. War, so far, has had no very great effect on this increase, which continued throughout each of the World Wars....War has hitherto been disappointing in this respect....but perhaps bacteriological war may prove effective. If a Black Death could spread throughout the world once in every generation, survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full. The state of affairs might be unpleasant, but what of it?" (2)
When we consider the above, we must remember that Wells and Russell were two of the great heroic thinkers in the realm of the Illuminati. These are the heroes of those in control in our day. When we consider the mysterious and supposedly incurable AIDS virus, we find that it fits right into the agenda of the Illuminati. We now know that this disease is sweeping through China's population of billions. (3) In Africa, AIDS is everywhere. In Nigeria alone, there are 640,000 known cases of AIDS. (4) Evidence is mounting that the AIDS virus was manufactured and placed in polio vaccine, which was administered world-wide by the United Nations Children's Fund, also known as UNICEF, which gathers most of its funds on Halloween. Here let it be noted that the National Vaccine Information Center has demanded an investigation regarding the polio and other vaccines, because of the mounting evidence and numerous indicators all pointing to deliberate contamination. (5) In addition to all of this, we know that the state of Oregon recently approved lethal drug prescriptions for the "terminally ill". This has now been challenged, but it is part of the Illuminati agenda to kill off the sick and elderly, so they will try to find a way to uphold this bill. In other words, people can get a prescription to kill themselves from their doctor. (6) This is only the beginning and only God knows what will follow! When we also consider all of the drugs, hormone extracts and other additives that are in our food supply, the many micro-organisms found in certain city water supplies, the mandatory immunizations in the governmental school system, the sexually transmitted diseases and other such things, we can see that the Illuminists have been working overtime to not only limit the birth rate, but to destroy segments of the existing population. We also know that President Clinton has given orders to the Food & Drug Administration to clear the way for the drug called mifepristone also known as RU-486. This is the abortion pill which kills a woman's baby in the womb. Planned Parenthood has endorsed this pill. (7)
Forcing The Existing Population To A Satanic Economy
While the Illuminati is busy reducing the population of the world, they are also busy setting up their new system of economic control. This will be a spiritual bank running on occult power. <snip> Keep praying! We have also been seeing the Clinton cabinet evaporating before our very eyes. The most recent Clintonite to bite the dust was the "by accident of birth" Joycelyn Elders, the erstwhile Surgeon General, who finally had to be fired for advocating that children in the governmental schools (so-called public schools) should be taught *********. The judgement of God will continue in this Democratic administration of Ahab and Jezebel Clinton. But watch out for the Republicans, for they are all really the same thing and have the same Illuminati Masters.
One thing that both sides agreed on was the Gatt Treaty. The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade is the very thing that now unites 123 nations economically and will transfer the wealth of this country throughout the world in a market that will seek its own financial level. This level will be a low one for everyone before this is all over. Here let it be noted that even though the House and the Senate quickly passed the GATT Treaty, and President Clinton was chomping at the bit to sign it, he waited until Dec. 8th, 1994, (9) which was exactly 13 days before the witches' high sabbat of the Winter Solstice on December 21st. This is also exactly 39 (3 13's) days before the full wolf moon of January, 1995. I also learned this morning that yesterday, December 10th, a large international meeting called the "Summit of the Americas" was held in Miami, Florida, which included a multicultural song fest and fireworks. After all of this, and I couldn't believe I heard this on ABC network news at 7:00 A.M. this morning, Bill Clinton and the other delegates left the celebration to travel to the Biltmore Mansion near Miami (yes, they have one there, too) for some "late parties". Those were the exact words of the newscaster! (10) As a former astrologer saved by the grace of God, I know what they were up to. They had to get to that Vanderbilt mansion by midnight for their ritual work, for that midnight would be 13 days before "Christmas Eve", which is the celebration of the resurrection of the sun-god Baal in witchcraft religions, and it is also the day when the moon is on the equinox.
