Is (did) your church having a watchnight service? What time did you start / go to?
    What activities did you have?
Did you bring a TV in to watch the "BALL" drop?

bring a TV??? Aren't the testimonies of God's people of His goodness enough to last the whole night long?

Our family will be leaving for our church's watchnight service in about 5 hours time. we start at 6 for a pot-luck dinner and the programme proper starts at 7.

We have worship, singing, tesitmonies, preaching and our church feature, a powerpoint picture slideshow called "the re-cap of the year", all the major events that our church went through in the year.

Couple of years, we were preached through the new year. [IMG]

Potluck supper at 7. Followed by talent show, games (including a Scrabble tournament), snacks, then a service at 11. Service consists of some singing, a devotional, and prayer. Should be in prayer when midnight strikes.

Our service will begin at 8:30pm. It will feature our Jr. High and High School orchestras. An all you can eat pizza dinner will be served. Testimonies will be given by the congregation of the blessings of 2004. Then at midnight we will baptize our first convert(s) for the year 2005.
