Once again, the Honorable Maxine Waters, California's congressional embarrassment (as a Californian, I have the right to call her a 'dog' because she is from my district), has opened her big mouth and flapped those hateful lips of hers as she blamd the President for "dog whistling, when it comes to the Smollett case, and whether he was truly a victim of a racist attack, or the organizer of a fake attack on himself to stir up racial tensions across the country.
