Weekend place to stay in VT?

    To all my fellow brothers & sisters, I am desperatly looking for a place to stay on weekends in the northern Vermont area.
    I work in New Jersey but my 2 children live in Essex VT and I go and see them on weekends as often as possible but I cannot pay for motels any more because it's getting too expensive so I'm hoping someone will read this and possibly know some one who might have a winter (ski) house they don't use in the summer that we might be able to use, my children are VERY well behaved and respectful, as all christian children should.
    I don't have a lot of money, but hope someone out there can help out a fellow christian, after all when you're desperate like I am you'll do anything to be able to be with your children....
