    Are there any weight management topics that are biblical and mention that the proper managing of our weight is important in the christian life ?

    Not all over weight people are over weight becasue they abused food. The focus should not be on weight, but eating properly to glorify God with the kinds of food and amount of food one eats. One such program that leads the christian to God and obedience to Him, in food and all other areas of the christian life, is First Place.
