I know so many, I don't even think I can post them all! I also know several of the people who run these sites. Here are some of the most useful, in no particular order:

A very extensive site that gives the basics of Christian doctrine, and responses to several beliefs such as Oneness, Mormons, JW's, etc. One of the best all around apologetics sites, imo.
