I read, listen to music, go to Barnes and Noble or the Little Rock Library, and spend time with my wife.

I go fishing with my friends, read the Left Behind series books, mow lawns, and spend time with my family. I enjoy mowing lawns because its my job, and I love to be outdoors. Outdoors I can admire God's creation. It's marvelous!!! :D

I eat, sleep, and be merry. And travel. And cause problems, and watch Nick At Night.

Hmmmm . . . read poetry (the older the better!) and old booksa about manners, keeping house, and daily life; work in my flower gardens (I've got 5 of them, plus two large planters and a window box . . . hollyhocks, black-eyed susans, daisies, and cosmos are my favorites!); shopping for antiques and vintage things (books, hankies, linens); feeding the birds and squirrels in my yard, then sitting in a chair to watch them eat!); doing nothing at all! Let's see here. I like to play basketball, and do yard work if I'm in the mood for it. I like to do things like riding bike alone and with my family. I like to go hiking with my friends. If I have the time I try to go to the nursing home with my dogs. The dogs bring joy to lots of the old people up at the nursing home!!!! [IMG]

Paint, read books about religion and politics, make up stories with my kids, would fish if the kids were bigger. Write poetry, watch Fiddler on the Roof repeatedly, the list goes on.

I ride one of my two motorcycles in the mountains east of San Diego. My wife often accompanies me, riding on the back. It is a great way to get away from the stress of full time ministry and to see the wonders of God's magnificent creation. [IMG]

I enjoy posting on the BB, the FFF and of course run the Grif.Net. Love to travel, read, do crossword puzzles (Sundays are made for that, Hez. 6:12), cooking, flying kites.

Used to spend a lot of free time in the mountains or in civil war reenacting, making movies, etc. But health has slowed that down.

Work is a four-letter word, so just about anything that is NOT associated with work is fun!

Reading is probably my favorite leisure pastime...I read voraciously, mostly Christian fiction. My favorite Christian fiction authors are Francine Rivers, Jane Kirkpatrick and B.J.Hoff.

I also love to travel, spend time with my family, sing, watch romantic movies, and LAUGH...if you don't have a sense of humor I probably will not be hanging around you! [IMG]

Taking out the grandkids to Pizza Hut, and doing puzzle with them afterward. The 4 year old is presently working on a 100 piece of puzzle and she loves it (put it together all by herself)! [IMG]

I get out my trusty old air rifle and start plinking the whole day at cans, BIRDS, stray cats, even STRAY DOGS (they could be rabid!). The people in our subdivision hailed me once for shooting a rabid dog in the head with a well-placed .38 SPL. 125-grainer Corbon Jacketed Hollowpoint bullet. (I'm currently helping the security guards in our neighborhood track down 2 stray dogs...) :D

Sailing? What kind of boat do y'all have? I've been trying to talk myself into a sailboat for almost a year now.

Nice to meet you Joseph! It looks like you're from my neck of the woods. I, too, shop Barnes and Noble and go to the Little Rock Library...

I also read old manners books and housekeeping books as well as old cookbooks.

I do yardwork because I owned a landscape business for twelve years and still love messing around with my flowerbeds.

I read and do Bible studies. Since I went to Budd Creek church camp in June, I have really gotten into Bible Trivia which they had a friendly competition going on at camp. I was absolutely amazed at how many people and especially kids had their nose in their Bibles at all times of the day! We could hardly get them to turn the lights out at night. What an adventure...

My daughter enjoyed it so much that she is going back to teen camp on August 4th and there is a ladies retreat on August 22. Those are just a few of my hobbies.

I also quilt and do canning and gardening. And I have a small business and raise show Bantams (chickens) on the side. Well, it doesn't seem like a lot until I write it down then it's no wonder I am worn out!

I just remembered.... I am also the choir director at church and just started a quartet! I have boundless energy! It's a good thing I do since I love all my hobbies and can't think of one I'd want to give up....

    Doctor Bob, if you're referring to the Book of Hezikiah, there's no such book of the Bible! LOL, I've fallen for that one, one to many times! [IMG] Hehe,sometimes if someone asks me about something I've said I'll say "Well that's found in the book of Isaidso, Chapters... ;) :D }
    Fun?
I play piano {now that my grandpa has gotton home from the hospital he expects at least fifteen minutes of me playing piano in his day! :D } Sing, oh I love to do that!
I enjoy reading a good book, my Bible studying, trying to learn Spanish {that's so fun! :D } and talking! LOL, I call my pastor's wife, and another lady in my church every friday night, and we've been known at times to talk for two or more HOURS! [IMG]
Besides that Wenesday, Saturday, and Sunday can never come quick enough for me, cause I'm always wanting to be at church! But the good thing is that this coming week is a revival service at my church, so I get to be there everyday! YES! I cain't wait!
