2 Chronicles 1:10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great?
2 Chronicles 1:11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honor, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king:
2 Chronicles 1:12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honor, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

This is my prayer every day, I pray for Wisdom, knowledge and understanding, For God's word and every day living.

I pray for a lady that has a strong dislike for everything I'm doing as a pastor, and seeks to undermine me.

I pray for my wife, as she witnesses this - to remain strong, not by lashing out, but by being my support.

    I pray for my family.

I pray that I would be a husband, father and pastor that brings glory to God.

I pray that my church would grow spiritually.

I pray that as I study, prepare, and preach that I would be empowered by God's Holy Spirit.

Before I step into the pulpit I pray a prayer that I heard at a conference led by Dr. Stephen Olford "Anoint me, O Lord, with your Spirit at this strategic hour that I may preach your Holy Word with supernatural power."

Pray for God's glory - my growth for His glory; my church for His glory; souls turned to Christ for His glory; my family for His glory; my life or death for His glory.

One trick pony Bob. God's glory.
