What do you want to be when you grow up?

    What do all the teens and younger on this forum want to be when they grow up. I know, I've decided that I really want to be a Pastor. I origninally wanted to go into business and/or politics. But I decided both are to money driven, and both involve screwing over the little guy. I don't want to do that. I want to help people, and I figure the one profession that I could truly help people is a Pastor. But, what do you guys want to be?

    I believe God has called me into his service, as a christian school teacher, perhaps even over seas on the mission field, I was even offered a job after college in Austraila by one of our church's missionaries, jokingly/seriously. Where ever I end up it will be where God has lead me. I have given my life for what God wants and not what Kayla wants.

    I believe that the lord has called me into full time service, but not exactly sure where. I plan to go to colllege and probably study education, though.

    I know that God has called me to preach. I don't know yet what area of preaching (pastor, youth, evangelist...) I will be going to Crown College of the Bible, Powell, Tn. this fall majoring in Youth Ministeries.

    Travis it is great that you what to be a pastor, just make sure that it is what God wants.

    I have to grow up??? LOL. My Gramma always tells me "you're a big girl now" (I'm in my early 20's..still feel four most days)

    Anyhow..what do I want to be? A Christ Follower, what do I want to do? Serve him as a missionary, probably with tsunami relief or college ministry.

    I see most of you here are looking to be pastors and so on but i feel that my calling is to be an engineer or maybe a buisness man... my entire life i have always seen ways to make something safer or a way to make an opperation run more smoothly

    Hey ckm49er, we can't all be pastors and missionaries, the rest of us would be out of a job! Its great that you are following God as a "minister" in a secular job! We need people like you in our world!
