We hear a lot about a Sovereign God. What might God’s Sovereignty entail? Can or does sovereignty have limits?

HP: What is outside His Being or nature? If sovereignty lies outside 'His Being,' then it could be rightfully stated that He (His ‘Being,’ whatever that might be) is not sovereign. If not why not?DW:The Sovereignty of God has to do with things outside His own Being or nature. Therefore it has nothing to do with that which violates His own Being or nature as He is immutable in nature. Hence, Sovereignty with limits is not sovereignty at all.
