    Georgia Governor Hosts After-Prom Party - Bill for it? $30,000 from the TAX PAYERS!

    I have to admit though, that old fella can really cut a rug! [​IMG] [​IMG]

    The funniest line in that whole story is...:

    [​IMG] I could see it now... headlines, teen couple caught having sex out on Governers ranch... :eek: [​IMG] I just wonder, is he up for reelection or is this his last term? :confused: Seems a bit wild for Goergia folk! :D

    What tickled me was the photo of Perdue dancing with the kids...

    I think I can fully decipher the thoughts going on...

    Perdue: This is great! They love me!
    Kids: Cool party, but this guy's goofy. He's, like, 300 years old and trying to DANCE.

    Agree...what a ridiculous waste of taxpayer expense.

    The party was an effort to reward schools that promote alcohol-free activities associated with proms and the drunk-driving problems associated with them.

    Noble...but $30,000? That's ridiculous.

    I also wonder how many kids left that party...and went somewhere to knock back a few and get wasted.
