What is a real man?

This is a topic that I have studied the past couple of days and have found the be very interesting. What is a real man? Post your honest answers on here and I will post the truth in 2 days. Or after about 5 resposes.

The phrase "real man" is sometimes used by some to try to get others to follow certain patterns of behavior, described as "macho" or "tough" as in "real men don't _____" (blank is filled in as appropriate)

Real men don't get manipulated that way.

Nor do real women.

ok here it is. Genesis 1:27. That verse says "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female He created them." So it seems simple, and it is. The only way to become a true man is by believing God created you and trusting in Him.

I would use biblical standards: leadership but not being a tyrant; strong in character; tough but not combative; decisive but not rigid; in control of his emotions; protective of women & children; patient with his womenfolk

I think every man created by God in his image is a real man, and every woman created by God in his image is a real woman. Their reality does not depend on them acknowledging that fact, because reality does not shift to fit one's perception of it.
