    What is Biblical Separation?

    This topic came up when we were discussing whether Christians should celebrate Christmas and it took over the thread.

    It prompted me to write what I have learned from the Scriptures on this subject. I think it is especially important because it affects our everyday lives so much and there is much confusion about this topic.

    I was amazed how many aspects there are of Biblical Separation. This is one of the largest articles I have written and I think I just scratched the surface.

    Wow! That is some piece of writing. Sounds great to me. [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    I have always said, (and posted it elsewhere on this board) that legalists and worldly folk have a lot in common - neither has to THINK. Legalists have decided that they can't do anything, and worldly folk have decided they can do everything. Those in the middle have to read scripture, listen to the Holy Spirit, use our common sense and most importantly, think.

    Good illustration using the "Finding Nemo" film. You could even take the "against" argument and kick it up a notch by pointing out that the blue fish was voiced by an openly lesbian performer. It was still a good movie, and she does have a right to make a living.
