Wow! I dodged that bullet; so to speak. Our tree is white with blue lights. My grandmother was pagen-wary as well. She had an aluminum tree with a four color light wheel.

The Christmas Tree to me represents Everlasting Life. The Angel on the top represents God's Angels heralding the Christ Child's birth. There is always a Dove of Peace on our Christmas tree. The lights represent the Light of the World, Jesus Christ. The Ornaments represent Christmasses past and most are hand made or handed down from family, and remind me that one day, because of the Birth of Jesus, His Death, Burial, and Resurrection, my family members who have trusted Him as Savior and we - will be reunited with each other but most of all, we will be with Him.
