You are absolutely correct. Also, the temple of a saved person. The holy of holiest is analogous to our spirit where God dwells. The holy place is analogous to our soul, where all the INWARD daily activity of mind, will, and emotions occurs, and the outer court is analogous with our body which can be seen by all.

The temple is also analogous with the Trinune God reflected in the triune nature of man - spirit, soul and body.
