What to look for in a Supreme court justice

We have heard much about who should be selected as a justice for the SCUS.

We have never had a Latino, there is only one women, only one black, ...

Well, we don't have an Indian, there is no illegal alien, no one in a wheel chair.

Well, I demand to know the following info:

What is the hair color of the current justices, are the redhead represented?

What is the average height of the current justices? do we have anyone under 5 foot?

What is the weight of all the justices. Do we have any with a BMI of over 50?

I could fill that spot currently. :laugh: But I don't intend to be there for long.

With that in mind, I don't think Obama would want to choose me. He'd probably expect me stay above 50% for a certain period of time.

Wait - there are only 9 seats on the court - will will be left out?

Also, shouldnt there be at least one homosex@l, one justice under the age of 30, one immegrant, one who never finished high school, one Jew, one Moslem, one athiest, one Fundemental Baptist,...

Exactly. I think it's ironic the media keeps reporting "the first LATINA" to get this job. The only people who really care about her ethnicity are the ones who approve of reverse discrimination.

If any white male made the same comments she made, every minority group would be jumping all over him expecting him to either resign, apologize, or both.

I would look for a justice that was the constitutional equivalent of my "perfect" preacher - one that preaches from the Bible, precisely what is recorded there whether it makes the congregation feel good, guilty, shamed, or fiery!

The judge should do the exact same with the constitution; apply what is written there without all the "it says---, but it means---" trash that has been so prevalent by those who don't like it.
