What to make of Coach Tubby

    He up and quit----------says the sports news that Auburn AD and President both "begged" Coach Tuberville to stay

    Don't blame him though-------the situation at Auburn was like that of Arkansas with Coach Nutt-------nobody there wanted him

    And thats the way I see the situation at Auburn-------the fan base don't want him as coach---idiots!!!

    Rumor has it that he may take the Mississippi State job

    Whats going on with the Auburn "family"????

    Auburn's lying.

    They wouldn't pay Tuberville 5.1 million if he quit.

    Of course, the team is bummed out. Many of the rank-and-file are ambivalent. The powerbrokers seem pretty pleased, though.

    I'd be surprised if Tubby took a coaching job this year.

    Both applies.

    One regrets running off a Tubby. The other will soon.

    No way Tommy Boy takes Miss St. He still dislikes them from his days at Ole Miss. But then again, he's an SEC coach. But on the third hand, would he coach at a third SEC West school? That's half the division!
