is it just His birth, life, death, resurection, and salvation preached in His name or other things also?

3For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

The term used....according to the scriptures......expands the concept of the gospel to include all truth pertaining to the accomplished redemption of the covenant people. That is what is full about the gospel.....no more ,no less......the false ideas today of what is full are just error looking for a home.

I'd leave the word "full" out and just say Gospel.

There is only one, and you used the right Scripture to quote it.

It is the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord, and some keep the part in your text "and that He was seen."

That's the Gospel.

So you would see it as being the Gospel that saves is what was quoted here, but that the Espistles, especially those of Paul, show us " How to act" once received Gospel message?

What though would be included among the "All Truth?"

The Gospel is as stated, and yes, it alones saves. We can see in Acts it was preached. Also, Jesus preached this in Matthew 24 and following. It is the power of God unto salvation, Romans 1:16. It and it alone.

The Epistles, yes, those are for Christian living and doctrine, but they are not the Gospel. Although one can find Gospel hope in them, such as God awaiting those He did Sovereignly elect to come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9.

Also, look closely in Matthew 26, and Jesus alludes to His coming death, burial and resurrection, or, the Gospel.

Jesus promised the Apostles special revelation, that they[the apostles] would be guided into .......ALL TRUTH.......Carefully read JN.14,15,16,17....here are some highlights.....
25These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.

26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Jesus is defining the all things.....

26But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

27And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

This was only true of the Apostles....and that as foundational eph2:20
12I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

14He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

15All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

When the Apostles were done....scripture was done......we have all we need for life and Godliness.....with word and Spirit.
Jesus is the FULL Final Revelation of God and His accomplished work...
He left nothing out.

Those who desire more than what is given for our growth and protection sin, in that they are not content with the full final revelation.of Jesus and His redemptive work.
Various charasmaniacs...cults, and sundry false teachers look for something"new"...or "fresh"...as If the Holy Spirit has not given us enough truth ......going outside the scripture {joseph smith, and all cults] is like going outside the ark just before God shut the door.
._____ The Holy Scripture is the only sufficient, certain, and infallible rule of all saving knowledge, faith, and obedience, although the light of nature, and the works of creation and providence do so far manifest the goodness, wisdom, and power of God, as to leave men inexcusable; yet are they not sufficient to give that knowledge of God and his will which is necessary unto salvation. Therefore it pleased the Lord at sundry times and in divers manners to reveal himself, and to declare that his will unto his church; and afterward for the better preserving and propagating of the truth, and for the more sure establishment and comfort of the church against the corruption of the flesh, and the malice of Satan, and of the world, to commit the same wholly unto writing; which maketh the Holy Scriptures to be most necessary, those former ways of God's revealing his will unto his people being now ceased.

You hit the nail on the head with that which I bolded. I do not think that salvation is part of the gospel, but is the end result in believing in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Rom. 1:16 as Bro. P4T used, the gospel is God's power unto salvation. So, I do not think that salvation is a part of the Gospel, but the consummation of it.
