When The Enemy Tells The Truth

Mar 15:30 Save thyself, and come down from the cross.

31 Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save.

In their mockery, they had no idea of the truth they spoke for He could not save Himself and save mankind. If He had come down we would all be without hope and Hell bound. Thankfully, He drank of the cup that He had asked to not drink.

Yes, and another example of this is:

““Who can forgive sins but God alone?”” (Mr 2:7 NKJV)
