    Pete, I saw this on t.v. in the last two days so it had to be either cartoons or Trading Spaces. LOL! No, honestly, I did see a couple of shows at night but now I've got to put on my thinking cap and try to remember where I heard that line.

    I love that show... they did two houses near me that turned out great. I'd hire Vern or Frank to do my house any time.

    The fact that I've got the hots for Amy Winn Pastor has nothing to do with it. An attractive woman with a toolbelt, what more could a man ask for???

    Okay, getting back to the thread, yes I remember en episode where someone said that very line [​IMG]

    Would it help if I admitted now a few days later that I have never heard of the show 'Trading Spaces', so could not have heard the quote there? :D

    Just looked at results again. With a couple of days to go before poll ends recent "p & w" song is in the lead with 5 votes (38%)....Would this be a bad time to mention that that wasn't where I heard the line? :D

    Only 3 votes so far for Pete, yer still a rat!, at least we know they are right huh :D

    Pete, I just declare I saw this on t.v. maybe some sitcom. I seem to remember thinking that it was a lame statement and a take off of Debbie Boone's 'You Light Up My Life'. Was it that 'Yes, Dear'?

    Oh bah humbug :( I was flat out with kids club this week and did not get a chance to vote in my own poll :( Oh well [​IMG]

    I will run out of graemlins here, so just imagine a wink at the end of just about every line ok folks? Thanks.

    For those 3 who voted radio advertising jingle for a light shop...Congratulations. That was where I heard it.

    For the 3 who voted for the line being in a old hymn, I am now very worried and will go surfing through hymn web-sites as soon as possible.

    The 5 who mistook the line for a modern "P &/or W" song, well, easily enough done with some of them I guess.

    I am surprised only 2 went for the cheesy 70's hit, from memory every song back then had a line like that in there.

    2 for ode to a cat... haha well done! You inspired enda to write another verse.

    I blame poor TV show writers for the 4 "other guesses"

    Oh, and last but not least, the 3 who voted that I am a rat were spot on too. Thanks for playing everyone [​IMG] Your prizes are...um...ok, a warm fuzzy feeling for giving me a warm fuzzy feeling ;)
