What outreach course does your church use, if any? What courses have you used or have experience with? Is there any which you would not recommend?

None. If you are looking for methodology then you likely prescribe to salvation by works, apart from grace. Instead, just keep sharing the word of God, the gospel of Christ, and let God do His job, which is to grant mercy to whom he chooses to grant mercy.

Rather than a method, Christians need to pray and go out into public places, coffee shops, food courts, diners, etc.
Bring a Bible and a study book and do some of what you do privately in a public place.
God will provide the people you are meant to interact with.

Serious question

how many people have come up to you in life and

a. Given you a tract?

b. Asked if you were a believer?

c. Attempted to just openly share the Gospel w you?

d. Asked you a question to provoke a spiritual conversation?

I’ll hang up, I am excited to hear your responses!!

thanks for your answers

I once was given the privilege to share the gospel to a man while we sat at the bar. I had come in by myself, and not wanting to cause the waiting staff to bus a table (the place was empty), I sat at the bar. Five minutes later a man came in and though he had the place to himself, he sat next to me and started spilling out his heart. I spent the next hour sharing the gospel to him and the bartender. It was a work of God and I rejoiced all the way home afterwards.

I used to do that in Campus Crusade with the 4 spiritual laws. One person genuinely responded. This was in my free will days when I thought I was responsible to "win souls." I no longer give out tracks, but I still have wonderful conversations with non-Christians.

rather obtuse answer.

How so? Do you not think the Word of God is sufficient?

1 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

It is.
when you are Evangelising do you just read the bible? No explanation. No commentary. No questions. ?

What do you think these courses are? Do you think they do not contain scripture? Take "Uncover John" that course covers the Gospel of John. It helps to provide explanation, commentary and questions for discussion/thought.

They are designed to help the person to organise and explain the gospel message in a clear and succinct manner.

,
I didn't say anything close to that.

We learn in most churches not to "love the world ".
That is good and proper.
We are not to isolate from sinners however.
How can we present the saving gospel if we are never face to face with sinners?

There is no "but" when it comes to sharing God's Word, the Bible.
So being a JW, as an example, does not matter? Oh, I once gave the "Romans Road" using the other person's Bible, being it was a NWT that the JWs had given.

Hmmm. I wonder what course Christ used? Oh, that's right, the Scriptures.

Luke 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.

Hmmm. I wonder what course Philip used? Oh, that's right, the Scriptures.

Acts 8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him.

Now, having said all that, let me be clear that I am not saying we can't use commentaries and books and articles and audio/video recordings. But there is no course, no method, other than to share the truth of God's Word and wait on the Holy Spirit to regenerate the elect and give them a new heart, so that they come to understand that their sin was imputed to Christ and Christ's righteousness was imputed to them.
