Syracuse, N.Y. -- The tradition before Solvay boys basketball games has been for coach Jim Rolince to gather his players in the locker room and bark out a group chant of “one, two, three, Solvay” before heading out onto the court.

That routine, as well as the identity of the Bearcats team as a whole, was revised Saturday as part of a one-game tribute to three of the team’s seniors.

The Lyncourt Union Free School District has a school that encompasses grades K-8. They Continue their education at the Solcay (NY) School District.
The coach borrowed the Tigers uniforms from Lyncourts modified team.
