And who isn't at least one of those things listed? I know you are, I know I am, and I know everyone on this board(and everyone I know for that matter) was at least one of those, and maybe still one of them.
Without looking it up for exact words, Paul said something like, such as these you once were, but you were washed by the blood,,, here I forget the rest of the verse.
For all have sinned, all are guilty of these, or some of them rather, without Jesus all would be going to hell, but with Him, we know we are forgiven and He has prepared a place for us, in heaven, with the Father. With Jesus I can never be condemned to hell, even though I once did some of these things you have listed.

So whats your point?

I've already explained that... I was merely curious, nothing more. Is that a problem? Seriously.

I simply saw a few things that I didn't understand so I started compiling a list to see what all was in there.

I get a strong feeling that there's been a lot of "casting pearls before swine" on this board lately!!;):rolleyes:

I believe the answer to this question can be found by examing the two major descriptions of the Judgment in the Bible.

Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth [his] sheep from the goats: Mat 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: Mat 25:42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: Mat 25:43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Mat 25:44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Mat 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me. Mat 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

You can list all the specific sins you want, but only one sin sends many to hell, and that is the sin stemming from Adam.

All the elect will be saved. Here is where we come in as ambasadors of the gospel; to seek out the elect of God by the preaching of the word.

There are many acts deserving of hell, but God has made a provision for some and will pass by the remainder in their unbelief.

Cheers,

Jim

Life and Judgment Are Through the Son

John 5:24 (New King James Version)

24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. :jesus:

Jim, I agree with what you commented. God, he is the Judge.

"who all is going to hell"

All those who reject Gods offer of justification through faith in Christs promise to save them...and thats faith alone, at the exclusion of any and all works...as their only hope for the free gift of eternal life.

Praise God for His wonderful provision.

I have to be candid. Based on your posts, IMHO, I don't believe you are just "curious" and started writing things down.

IMHO, you are here on the BB with an agenda. You're agenda is to attempt to malign the Bible by taking passages of scripture out of context and asking deliberately offensive questions in a passive agressive manner.

("Is that a probem? Seriously").

Yes, I think it's a problem. I'm sure the moderators can handle it. You aren't the first and you won't be the last.

peace to you:praying:

Believe whatever you want... everybody else does.

As for this post... most of it is stating the obvious, and for the ones that AREN'T obvious, I politely explained that I don't understand them. Thank you for taking the time to explain them instead of being judgmental for no reason.

Personally, if I read the bible front to back non-stop then somebody asked me what it said about a specific subject... well, quite honestly there's so much rambling and stuff that I can't follow that I'd be lucky to provide any kind of an educated answer. I seriously doubt that most people could. Here recently I've just been going through and looking for certain themes because of this. That allowed me to look at a particular subject and see what the entire bible had to say about that subject by compiling everything together.

And yes, doing this reveals some things that many people including myself never realized was there. It's interesting, educating, shocking, revealing, and lots of other things all at once.

I've been in church for 33 years now and am just now realizing some of this stuff is out there. I assumed other people would think it is interesting as well,

If a man believes it is a sin to eat meat, but eats the meat anyway, then such a man is violating his conscience, therefore, he is sinning against God, even if God does not consider eating the meat to be sinning.

He is sinning because He believes it is sin to eat it, but eats it anyway.

He quoted Biblical verses relative to the topic. You did not. Who should be handled by the moderators? I'll leave that to you to answer. BTW I also quoted scripture relative to the topic.

We are all handled by the moderators. If I say something out of line, I'm sure they will call me on it.

corndogggy quoted verses, and made, IMHO, offensive and pejorative comments about some of the verses he quoted.

He is, IMHO, mocking what scriptures says, instead of attempting to have an honest conversation about any particular verse of scripture.

peace to you:praying:

If you feel this way, you need to get help. Have you talked with a Pastor?

I seriously doubt that most people could.
Because you don't understand it, please don't place others in your place.

The verses you posted only states that all types/ all the kinds of people on this earth are going to hell. That is the point of grace, because we all should be going.

Romans nine says this very thing. None are good....no not one.

What else would you like understanding in?

It sure is a good thing to have a Savior who paid the price and made a way for us, isn't it? Praise God! :praying:

Unless most everybody is a walking library with a photographic memory and an IQ of 200, don't act like most people would know everything that the bible says about any given subject by memory. I find it amusing that you think I need help just because I admit that I can't do this and admit that there is way too much unrelated material to sort through even if I could.
