A good time in Worship followed by a good time in the Word makes for an excellent Sunday. The most two important figures in a church...

1. The Senior Pastor
2. The Worship Director"

The first sentence could be interpreted to mean that "time in the Word" is NOT worship.
1) I do agree that the Senior pastor is one of the most important figures in the Church.
2) The "Worship Director" (Whom I believe you mean to be the Song director) IS NOT one of the most important.
I would say the Elders and Deacons are more important.

Singing can be great - but the Preaching of the Word is the most import part of worship.
Yes, the offering, announcements, taking communion, ect are all part - but our emphasis should be on the Word!

If the worship director is not a man, she is not in charge of anything.
