Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
2Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
I don't understand this. Does this mean that christians get a reward for a good work and a punishment for a bad work? What is a bad work? Does this mean sin? But I thought that God forgets our sin if we ask for forgiveness and now suddenly he still remembers it and punishes us for it? :tear:
How can God even punish a christian? Does this mean that he'll somehow make those christian suffer in heaven?
