pretty much the same as John 1:13, and THAT verse some here on the BB would rather ignore while concentrating on verse 12, like many Jews ignore many verses of Isaiah's 53rd Chapter (from what I heard).

this Romans verse and john 1:13 pretty much destroys Pelagian, semi-Pelagian and neo-Arminianism, to which many on here seem to adhere.
