Some people limit God's sovereignty to only being true if He controls the salvation of men from beginning to end. In other words if God requires that men must respond to His call, by His design, then some say He is not sovereign. Often they accuse those of us who know and understand that God designed us to respond to His call of salvation and not believing God is sovereign. That limits God's sovereignty as God is sovereign even when He designs men to believe before being saved/regenerated.
