Why is America the only Western nation to get Ebola?

I find it remarkable that we have the first case of ebola diagnosed. Could it be the lack of security at our borders and airports?

What do you think?

Spain has outbreak's 1st known case of contracting Ebola outside of Africa

You are right.

MADRID (AP) - In what is the first reported incident of Ebola transmission outside Africa, a Spanish nurse who treated a missionary for the disease at a Madrid hospital tested positive for the disease, Spain's health minister said Monday.
The female nurse was part of the medical team that treated a 69-year-old Spanish priest who died in a hospital last month after being flown back from Sierra Leone, where he was posted, Health Minister Ana Mato said.
The woman went to the Alcorcon hospital in the Madrid suburbs with a fever and was placed in isolation. Mato said the infection was confirmed by two tests and that the nurse was admitted to a hospital on Sunday.

If I remember the news correctly, the guy actually contracted the disease in Africa, traveled to the US and became symptomatic once he was in the States. So this technically is a diagnosed case in the US, but it seems that.... "honor"... really should go to Spain IMO.

People from West Africa are entering the country every day without being checked.

It's not from a lack of security. We know they are here.

It's from a lack of leadership from the administration.

Is there a connection between promiscuity and the spread of ebola--other than the gallant folks trying to help?

Seems kind of like AIDS--still rampant among promiscuous monkeys and people.

The famines and pestilence are here folks. Now what?

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Has anybody noticed a "relationship" between promiscuity, aids, ebola and other close bodily contact viruses?

Once again the world is reaping the consequences of making common that which is Holy.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Other than being deadly and extremely contagious?

Doubtful. Ebola is the most virulent as the symptoms get progressively worse, is bad even when the afflicted die. So unless people enjoy having s*x with a person who is vomiting, has diarrhea, and is running a fever, I kind of doubt it.

How about a traitorous impostor usurping the office of the President, and fools who won't bring justice upon him?

I think that's the earthly reason.

Now God's reasons are manifold, not the least of which is a judgment upon Sodom.
