Yes, she will run. All we can do is pray the electoral college falls the other way, and the republicans nominate a good, solid candidate. (not in the news as of yet). The third party option would be the best, but the time is almost too short until early 08.

    She will.

And at this point, I don't see a candidate either in her own party or the other who will stand between her and the White House.

I think that Mitt Romney can defeat Hillary Clinton in 2008. I think that Condoleezza Rice can, too, but she isn't going to run in 2008.

    I think she'll run, but I don't think she's necessarily a shoe-in to win.

OK, against that group, I think she'll win, BUT I don't think that's a complete field yet. There have got to be others that haven't come to the forefront yet.

Call it wishful thinking on my part. (or a bleary eyed algebra induced tiredness unwilling to concede to Hillary as pres. at this early stage of the campaign)

Considering how successful Bill Clinton was at passing himself off as a moderate and did not receive even half of the vote in 1992 or 1996, I doubt that an unabashed liberal such as Hillary Clinton would receive as high of a percentage as her husband did.

She doesn't have to. She only has to turn one state.

Could Obama beat her in the primary? I think maybe he could.

There are people who loath her with a Jihadist's fury. She could get the nomination if she wanted it, but I doubt if she'd do it and harm her party that much.

The public in general gives her about 50% job approval ratings, but her disapproval rating among republicans is close to 70%.

    So I don't think she'll do it.

If Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton is going to run, then 2008 is the year for her to do it. She isn't a spring chicken anymore. After 2008, there will be a Democrat in the White House and she would have to wait until 2016(when she would be 69 years old) or if a Republican is in the White House she would have to wait until 2012( when she would be 65 years old). The clock is ticking for her.
