    looks nice. Wish I could hear the melody. Musically speaking, and this is opinion, it seems the song would be stronger if there were a bridge that used some borrowed chords or something other than the 4 chord pattern that runs throughout the song. Do you use guitar with this or keyboard?

    There are only four chords in the song.
    The verse is (G Em C D G Em C D)
    but the chorus is (C D G Em C D Em)

    I play guitar.

    I was more curious as to what you thought of the lyrics.

    ok, sorry ~ I am a music teacher :)
    1)I think the lyrics are nice as they describe how we are on common ground, no matter our situations. What exactly does the phrase intend - "And if you’re saved lose yourself again. Lose yourself in the blood of the Lamb."...?

    2)It doesnt look like the chorus is uniform. It almost is, and maybe the tune unifies it.

    usually the chorus begins with the same phrase.
    Isnt songwriting fun? Its an act of worship in itself, and people who don't do it just dont understand. God bless you as you use your gifts for His honor!! And Keep it up!!

    oh, ok. I wasn't sure if it meant like - lose yourself so Christ can find you each day or lose yourself as in forgetting everything going on around you.
    I'd love to hear your song, too. Thanks for sharing it with us.
