Will You Fast for Chris on Sunday?

    A day of fasting for our friend...Chris Temple.

    It's just a thought I've had. David said of his enemies;
    Psalm 35:13 (KJV) "But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting..." Could we not do the same for a friend and brother?

    I was hoping that we on the BB could pick a day that we could all set aside a time for fasting in regards to Chris' condition. Any thoughts on this?

    Thanks for linking this on the prayer section or I wouldn't have seen it.
    That's a great idea! I think that since it's already Friday people need time to see this.
    Perhaps Sunday would be a good idea? Many people are home from work that day and will be able to spend the time praying with their families. Maybe change the title of this post so it gets more people's attention...like "Will you fast for Chris on Sunday?"

    Yes. Let me know. Due to health problems I can only do a partial fast, but I can do that much.

    I will pray for him on Sunday...I can't fast because of my blood sugar, but i can pray.
