Bad.
Winner takes all has lead to two elite parties that do not represent the populous. This tends to pressure people to vote for terrible candidates (i.e. Trump & Biden).
Proportional voting with the winner having to get more than 60% of the vote or a new vote is ordered would work to allow allow more parties and better candidates.
