Well it is real scary, there has been another use of chemical warfare in Russia.

It sounds like it may have been industrial chemicals used in concentration. 'Fortunately,' casualties have been light (around 80). However, it should be noted that survivors often suffer the rest of their lives.

It is also being carried on BBC.

Can I assume that you are not a pretribber?

Not a pretribber. "Trbulation" only relates to individuals. My "tribulation" isn't necessarially increased because someone 2,000 miles away also has a problem or suffers.

The reason I asked is that a lot of Christians fear the so-called great tribulation and you stated Christians are not to fear.

Bottom line: Some folks are unhappy with capitalism / competitive enterprise. Others don't know how to handle the results of a free election. There are societies with no clue as to democracy, or a republican form of government.

On another note: This is one pre-triber who doesn't fear the tribulation at all!! Me and mine won't be here!! [IMG]

BTW, if you want to know what this "chemical warfare" smells like, open the burner on your cooking range momentarily, without lighting it.

It's the odorant we put in natural gas to make it noticable.

But very, very diluted, so it's not disgusting.

In concentrated form, it is putrid. It is one of the gases given off from rotting bodies.

It's used primarily because we can detect very, very tiny amounts of it.

That is not what was scary.

The location and the widespread dispersion of matterials.

There is a new "team in town."

As for the agent, it was easy to get a hold of . . . had they done their homework, the death toll would have been thousands of unsuspecting civilians.
