Okay time for the classic joke which most of you have already heard:

There will be no women in heaven. Prooftext:

Rev 8:1 When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

I'm afraid unless my chatterbox kids change, they might not be in heaven, either.

God said that man is to rule over the woman. That sounds pretty harsh. Some on this board say that a woman could rule over all the world so long as she doesn't rule over her own husband. The consistency of this argument has long escaped me, however.
