    Does anyone know anything about WORLD Magazine?

    I saw an advertisement about it which said it's a weekly news magazine [I guess like Time or Newsweek ] but from a Christian perspective.

    I was wondering if any of my BB friends have any opinions on it....whether it's worth subscribing to.

    It's a bit too worldly for my taste . I do not appreciate the sensationalistic style of some of its features . It was disgraceful in its treatment of the TNIV for example . On the other hand a number of its articles have been top-notch . I appreciated its series on different world religions a couple years ago .

    An updated "Eternity" Christian magazine would be best . I liked their minimal news reporting . They stuck with straight Bible expostion for the most part .
