    LEAGUE .......... AL....... NL

    EAST........Orioles.........Mets
    CENTRAL..Tigers..........Reds
    WEST.......Rangers.......Rockies

and I predict that 2004 will be the I-70 World Series: Balitmore vs Denver...or I am no moderator!

Face it. The Yankee's bought the series with their procurement of A-Rod. Sort of takes all the fun out of it.

    diane,

You may be right, but I dont think the yanks have the pitching. kevin brown is a certified nut case - and was voted most likely to be killed by his own teammates last year.

As a longtime ranger fan I just cringe about baseball season opening - I am ready for the football season to start!

Man, I'm a die-hard Rockies fan, BUT I'M NOT CRAZY!

Twins all the way this year.

Then again, MAYBE I AM CRAZY!

With a revamped bull pen, a more effective starting lineup, a productive Pat Burrell and a healthy David Bell, I have to believe that the Phillies will be a contender in the NL and the predominant team in the East.

Watch out for the Rangers - look what happened to Seattle when they got rid of A Rod!

Its going to be a long season at the Temple in Arlington

Same old story with the Rangers; they haven't improved their pitching. If they couldn't win in recent years with their Hall of Fame calibur hitters because of pathetic pitching, they sure won't win now and not for a few seasons... unless they use that money they are supposed to be saving to get a couple of good starters, a long reliever, and a closer.

Good pitching and poor hitting will beat poor pitching and good hitting.

It looks like the Cubs picked up Greg Maddux. Will his return to Chicago help the Cubs or are his best years too far behind him now?

It just won't be right not seeing Maddux in a Braves uniform next season. I do think his best years are probably behind him. He will reach 300 wins this year though.

    Superbowl 2003!!

Oakland was handsdown favorite to beat Tampa Bay!

I think that's why they play the game!

Dan - waxing philosophical- for once!

I don't think the Rangers stand much of a chance. Seeing the new blood on the Angels, however, it looks like the Angels stand a good chance of winning the AL West. That's where I'm putting my money..... errr, uh, Cheerios.

    Pastor Larry,

I'm Tigers fan. I am so shame to see Tigers had a horrible season last year. I glad Tigers didn't break a new record for the worst record with Mets.

I think Tigers will continue another losing season again. Nothing new. Tigers' organization stunks!!!!!!

I hope I will able to buy 2005 All-Star Game tickets, so, I will invite two friends from Tenn and D.C. to join with me to watch it!!

    In Christ
    Rev. 22:20 - Amen!
