World Wide Bluegrass

    I was introduced to a website last night:

    www.worldwidebluegrass.com

    In addition to streaming bluegrass music and having a forum, there is also a chat room. There are shows with live DJs which make the chat room come in real handy for song requests.

    I encourage you to check it out as an additional place to listen to bluegrass music and chat with bluegrass fans. :thumbs:

    Do people really listen to that stuff? :laugh:

    Don't know if they still do it but in Ashville, NC they used to have Shindig on the Green once a week. Big grassy area with some great music from the area Group after group would play/sing. We didn't have time but they said that there were people all around the park in the streets that would group together and play/sing while the show was going on so you could go pick your show if you wanted. :thumbs:
