Worship pastor vs worship leader

    Semantics. What we call the people/person, doesn't change what they do. I'm not sure what the writer intends. Do they get super powers if we call them Worship Pastor?

    I tend to think it's a matter of egos. Pastor brings so much more status than a mere leader.

    Agree with the above post simply adding that a worship pastor is usually a paid position, where a worship leader is usually an unpaid position.
